Windows 11 supports installing any Android application via APK files

During the announcement of Windows 11, Microsoft announced that users of the OS will be able to install any Android program through the Amazon Appstore, which is integrated into the Windows Store. But, as it turned out now, users are not limited only to the Amazon Appstore – on Windows 11, you can install absolutely any application through APK files. It is as easy as it is on smartphones.

However, there is one thing to keep in mind: Windows 11 does not support the Google API, so Google’s own apps (like Google Maps) or apps that work through Google services will either not work or won’t be able to work fully. For example, the Android Twitter app on Windows 11 works, but no push notifications.
