What do non-reference versions of GeForce RTX 3060 Ti look like? We consider new items from EVGA and Zotac

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 3D card will premiere next week, but we already have the opportunity to look at the non-reference versions of this model that EVGA and Zotac will present.

The EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB FTW Ultra looks the most serious – with factory overclocking and two eight-pin connectors for additional power supply. The version without the word “ultra” in the title looks exactly the same, but works at the nominal frequencies. These models received non-standard long printed circuit boards, and the power connectors are placed at the very end for easy connection.

EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB XC3 – the version of the video card is not only simpler, but also shorter: it has two fans instead of three for FTW. There is enough room for two power connectors, but in fact there is only one – eight-pin. The rear panel has a heat distribution plate.

ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Twin Edge (OC) with its cooler resembles the cooling system of the RTX 3070 Twin Edge, but this is only at first glance: the cooler turned out to be narrower, the printed circuit board is different, and instead of fans of different diameters, two “propellers” of the same size are used … There is also only one eight-pin connector.

We can say that some of the non-reference GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will be similar to their older sisters based on the GeForce RTX 3070, while the other part of the models will be able to boast of greater originality.
