Xiaomi has officially confirmed that next week it will unveil not only the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, but also a number of other products, including a premium smart speaker and second generation OLED TVs.

The Chinese company said that the next generation of its OLED TVs will see significant improvements in picture quality. Details about this TV have not yet been announced, but they will surely be leaked before the presentation, which will take place on August 10.

In June last year, Xiaomi launched its first smart OLED TV under the Mi TV Master brand with a price tag of over $ 2,000, while now it has dropped in price to $ 1,500 in China. Xiaomi Mi TV Master is equipped with a 10-bit 65-inch 4K OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, MEMC, HDR10 +, Dolby Vision support and 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut. The contrast is 1,000,000: 1 at a maximum brightness of 1,000 cd / m2. The response time is 1ms, and the screen occupies 98.8% of the body area.

The TV is built on the basis of a MediaTek MTK9650 single-chip system with a Mali-G52 MC1 graphics processor, which is complemented by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory. The device runs MIUI for TV along with the Patchwall content aggregation service. There is also a built-in 65W speaker system.
