The noticeably improved flagship Xiaomi Mi 10 is ready for release: it has already been tested in Geekbench

Last month, a Xiaomi phone with model number M2102J2SC was on the websites of Chinese regulators TENA and 3C. Sources have confirmed that this is a new version of last year’s flagship device Xiaomi Mi 10, which is based on the Snapdragon 870 SoC.

Now the same smartphone has appeared in the database of the popular Geekbench benchmark application, which has confirmed some of its characteristics.

The smartphone scored 1021 points in single-threaded mode and 3443 points using all cores. Geekbench says the device is powered by Qualcomm’s mobile platform and 8GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 11.

In addition to the new single-chip system, this smartphone will receive improved Harman / Kardon stereo speakers and support for 33-watt charging. However, it became known yesterday that Xiaomi has decided to remove the charger from the standard package. According to the latest rumors, the smartphone may only be released in China under the name Xiaomi Mi 10S.

The device is expected to be released by the end of March.
