Play on weekends or only at night: Russia launched two new GeForce Now subscriptions and worsened free access

The GFN.ru team (this is the Russian name for the Nvidia GeForce Now gaming cloud service in Russia) announced the launch of two new tariffs among premium subscriptions and new conditions for free access.

If earlier Premium access was offered for at least 30 days, now it will be possible to issue Premium for only one day. As the developers note, this option was created due to the large number of user requests for one-day access to the service.

A one-day Premium subscription will cost 249 rubles. The subscription is activated for 24 hours and does not automatically renew, even if the card is linked.

Also, a “Premium Night” is now offered – for 399 rubles per month, the user gets access to the Premium from 01:00 to 13:00 Moscow time. The rest of the time, the Basic subscription is valid for him.

Another change, this time unpleasant, concerns the Basic Subscription. The game session in free access will be 30 minutes, and then you will need to reconnect. Previously, the duration of one game session was 1 hour. The rest will not change – players will still be able to use the service for free without access to NVIDIA RTX and with the possible waiting for a connection during peak hours.
