Not all Android apps will run on Windows 11

Microsoft unveiled its new Windows 11 operating system yesterday. One of the innovations was the implementation of full support for applications created for smartphones and tablets on Android.

However, not all applications built for Android will be able to run on computers with Windows 11. One such exception is applications that require Google services to function properly.

In addition, not all existing Amazon Appstore applications will be automatically available on Windows. This process will require action on the part of Amazon developers – they will have to do some optimization, and Microsoft is going to disclose more details in the coming months.

We previously reported that Android apps on Windows 11 will work with AMD, Intel and Arm-based systems.
