Microsoft unveils new File Explorer for Windows 11

Microosft yesterday unveiled the Windows 11 operating system, revealing UI improvements, Android app support and official system requirements.

An important point that was not included in the presentation of the Windows 11 operating system is “Explorer”. Although Microsoft did not mention this operating system component in the presentation, a video appeared on the Windows Insider Program YouTube channel that gives an idea of what the new Explorer looks like.

A short video demonstrates the updated application. The Explorer window contains many icons for actions such as cut, copy, share, delete, view properties, and so on.

We released details this morning that Android apps on Windows 11 will work with AMD, Intel, and Arm-based systems.

Windows 11 Insider Preview will be available to Insiders next week.
