Colorful RTX 3070 Neptune graphics card is equipped with a liquid cooling system

Following the RTX 3090 and RTX 3080 graphics cards, Colorful has added a third model to the Neptune series – the RTX 3070. A common feature of this series is the presence of a liquid cooling system.

The source clarifies that the manufacturer had to make changes to the water block, since the RTX 3070 is based on a different GPU, and the layout of the components on the PCB has been changed compared to the RTX 3090 and RTX 3080. The power subsystem is built on a “14 + 4” phase scheme, not “14 + 8 + 4” phases, like the two older models. The TDP is 270W, not 370W.

Colorful RTX 3070 Neptune card is factory overclocked. The default clock speed is 1725 MHz, but pressing the OC button on the mounting plate selects the second BIOS option, in which the frequency is increased to 1845 MHz. The cooling system design includes a 240mm radiator with two fans.
