Apple has inflated prices for computers in Russia by tens of thousands of rubles

Apple has raised prices in its official Russian online store in Russia for all models of Mac computers based on Intel processors.

Recall that Apple yesterday introduced the proprietary platform M1 and the first computers based on it. After that, the official Apple website stopped selling MacBook Air based on Intel processors, including in Russia. However, other Intel-based models are still offered, albeit at higher prices than before.

For example, a 13-inch MacBook Pro has risen in price by 6 thousand rubles and the price starts at 179,990 or 199,990 rubles, depending on the exact configuration. 16-inch MacBook Pro has risen in price by 35 and 42 thousand rubles to the starting prices of 234,990 and 274,990 rubles for different models.

The price of the 21.5-inch all-in-one iMac has grown in different configurations from 7 to 15 thousand rubles, now prices start at 106,990 rubles. iMac 27 inches has risen in price by 19, 20 and 22 thousand rubles. The price of the iMac Pro has grown from 469,990 to 531,990 – by 62 thousand rubles. Most of all, the Mac Pro rose in price – the vertical version from 449,990 to 621,990 (172 thousand rubles difference), and the rack version – from 489,990 to 672,990 rubles (183 thousand rubles difference).
