Yesterday it became known that Huami is preparing to release a smartwatch to the world market, which is a renamed version of the Amazfit GTR 2 eSIM launched in China.

Now details about the European launch of Amazfit GTR 2 LTE have become known. The first users will be able to use the Amazfit GTR 2 LTE smartwatch on Telefonica networks: Movistar in Spain and O2 in Germany. It has also been reported that the Amazfit GTR 2 LTE will go on sale in these countries in the third quarter and will be offered at a price of 249 euros. Later, the gadget will appear in other regions of the world.

The watch will receive a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels, NFC, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0, sleep tracking and blood oxygen determination. The case is made of aluminum and the strap is made of skin-friendly silicone. Amazfit GTR 2 LTE should also have Amazon Alexa support at launch.

Amazfit GTR 2 LTE will be able to track over 90 sport modes and will support GPS. The battery should last for a week of active use.
