Google has added a new feature to its mobile branded Chrome browser. More precisely, it returned a function that disappeared from Chrome for Android a couple of years ago.

We are talking about the possibility of taking screenshots in the “Incognito” mode. The feature was disabled in 2018 with the release of Chrome 65 for Android for security reasons. This is quite logical – one awkward movement of your fingers and, here, in the smartphone gallery there is evidence of what you did in Incognito. Such a random screenshot can be easily overlooked.

At the moment, Incognito screenshots can be activated using the special Incognito Screenshot flag on the experimental chrome: // flags page in an early test build of Chrome 89 Canary.
